We use specialized freight carriers to ensure your doors arrive without damage. Standard delivery typically takes 7-10 business days, though custom-made or pre-hung orders may require additional lead time.
Do your doors come with a warranty?
Yes, all our doors are covered by a manufacturer's warranty ranging from 1 to 10 years, depending on the material and model. This covers defects in craftsmanship and structural integrity.
What is your return policy for doors?
Standard size doors in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please note that custom-cut doors or items that have been painted or trimmed are non-returnable.
Are the doors delivered pre-finished or unfinished?
We offer both options. You can select 'Unfinished' if you wish to paint or stain the door yourself, or 'Pre-finished' to have our factory apply a professional-grade coating before shipping.
Can I order a custom size door?
