Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Online Door Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new door isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery provided it remains in its original, uninstalled condition.

Return Process

    Carefully repackage the door in its original protective packaging to ensure it is not damaged during transit back to our warehouse.

    Schedule Collection

    Once your return is approved, we will coordinate with our specialized courier service to schedule a convenient pickup time from your property.

    Quality Check and Refund

    After our workshop inspects the returned item for any modifications or damage, we will process your full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
